Privacy Policy

The short version

You upload a photo. We analyze it with AI. We deliver a plan. We don't sell your data. We don't track you. We delete your photo after analysis. That's it.

What we collect

• · Your photo: uploaded for analysis only. It is processed by our AI and then discarded. We do not store it permanently.
• · Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• · Your plan: stored temporarily (session-based) so we can deliver it to you after payment. It is not linked to any personal identity.

What we don't collect

• ✓ No account required — we never collect your email or name
• ✓ No tracking pixels or behavioral advertising
• ✓ No selling or sharing your data with third parties
• ✓ No persistent cookies beyond what's needed for the session

Third-party services

• · Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
• · Anthropic Claude: AI analysis of your photo. Photos are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing.
• · Vercel: hosting and deployment infrastructure.

Your rights

Since we don't collect personal information tied to your identity, there's not much to request — but if you have concerns about your data, email us at maximumincorp@gmail.com and we'll respond within 48 hours.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We don't have a way to notify you directly (we don't have your email), so check back if you have concerns.
